Our Singapore team attended a “Mindfulness for Wellbeing & Personal Effectiveness” workshop by our trainer, Ms Erin Lee, Certified MBSR Teacher.
The workshop taught us about the interconnectedness of our body, thoughts, behaviours and emotions. We learned about the practice of mindfulness and also learned how to work towards a calm and balanced state to manage stress in our daily living.
We believe that the session equipped our employees with life skills that will enable them to take better care of their mental wellbeing.
